If you're using Instagram for business and want to schedule Instagram posts, you'll first need to upgrade your account to a business account.
If you have an Instagram business account, many features that are not available on the personal platform will be unlocked. So do it now and follow the rest of the steps.
Tools that you can use
There are many tools you can use to plan Instagram posts. Hootsuite.com, Later.com and HopperHq.com are great platforms. You can upload the information from your laptop or PC, or hire a virtual assistant to do it for you. You no longer have to move individual posts over your phone. If you have a business account, you can simply use the planning software to plan each contribution. However, you will need to continue using your phone to complete the process when publishing photo albums or videos.
Engage with your followers
Even if you can now use tools to schedule posts on Instagram without your phone, you still need to force yourself to connect with your followers. You do not want to forget to look at Instagram and comment on people who say things to you and comment on other people's posts, even if you can schedule them on your PC. Remember, social media is all about engagement. Involved.
There are some services that say they automate getting more messages and shares for you. But the truth is, that's a bad idea. While it may be fun to automatically follow people who comment on or use a hashtag that you set up, the best way to do it is to be personal. If you really want an active and legitimate following, do it yourself or ask your VA to do it for you. Otherwise, you might even end up with a suspended account.
Spam not for your target audience
Instagram is very good at getting rid of spammers. So be careful with spam. If you have many images from the same event, publish them as a photo album. Also, try to offer more free content than you advertise. You say that you should only sponsor once after three contributions. So post useful content three times and then apply for the fourth time. This is a good rule of thumb.
Avoid planning content for too long
If you schedule your posts too late, you can inadvertently offend people. However, if you watch the news and can finish your schedule, you may be saved if something happens. Be very careful with planned posts that could be misunderstood on a bad day.
Always check your post before planning or publishing. Make sure you do not have typos and make sure nothing is wrong with your image or something you do not want. Post regularly, use appropriate hashtags and follow your fans back.
